Common questions
- How do I add a friend?
- Open Pond and tap Add a friend. Share your invite link or QR code. Your friend reviews the invite before joining your Pond.
- How do quacks work?
- Tap your own duck on Home to hear a quack. In Pond, tap a friend's duck to send one. A yellow bubble above a friend means quacks are waiting; tap that duck to listen first.
- I can't hear anything.
- Check Quack sounds in You, then your device volume and audio output. For notification alerts, also check Quapp's permissions in iOS Settings, Silent Mode, and Focus.
- Where do I dress my duck?
- Open You and tap your duck or Dress up. Changes save automatically. Save outfit keeps a named favorite for later.
- I forgot my password.
- Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We email a six-digit code that expires after five minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
- Can I mute a friend?
- Yes. In Pond, tap a friend's name to open the friendship page, where you can set a nickname, mute, unfriend, or block them. You can review blocked people in Settings.
Delete your account
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
- Open You.
- Tap Account settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If you signed in a while ago, the app may ask you to sign in again first. Deletion removes your profile, friendships, quacks, outfits, achievements, and notification registrations from Quapp and signs you out everywhere.
If you can no longer sign in, email the address above from the email on your account and we will delete it for you. For other privacy requests, see the privacy policy.
